Located at the southern tip of Cayuga Lake, its remarkable landscapes were sculpted by glaciers during the last Ice Age. You’ll find breathtaking waterfalls, lovely parks, and a pedestrian friendly downtown full of independent shops and public art.





Program Overview
6:30–7:30 a.m.
Optional Movement
We’ll start the day with a yoga class or small group walk around campus, enjoying Beebe Lake, the Arts Quad, or Cascadilla Gorge. If you are looking for more vigorous exercise options, there are numerous places to jog or gyms that you can visit.

7:45-8:45 a.m.
Breakfast
A breakfast buffet will be served adjacent to the beautiful Carrier Ballroom, with a wide array of delicious whole food, plant-based options, including oatmeal and fresh fruit, tofu vegetable scramble, maple nut granola, lemon poppy loaves, pistachio (and other) muffins, garden frittatas, seasoned homefries, sautéed greens, and fruit crepes.

9:00-10:25 a.m.
Session 1
Each day we’ll have a different theme: on day one we’ll explore historical research that helped define the whole food, plant-based movement, on day two we’ll explore today’s research and how it impacts personal health, and on day three we’ll explore the future of plant-based nutrition.

10:25-10:35 a.m.
Break
10:35 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Session 2
The second presentation of the day will follow up with the theme of that day and will again be a research-centered presentation with a highly qualified expert.

12:00-2:30 p.m.
Lunch
Lunch, served as a buffet in the Carrier Ballroom, will include a large salad bar, a soup station, a bread station, side salads, a sandwich/wrap station, a dessert bar, baked potatoes, and fresh fruit. Dishes will be made, as much as possible, with locally grown produce. Following this session, you will have some free time to enjoy activities on and around the Cornell campus.

2:30-3:30 p.m.
Session 3
The third presentation of the day will follow up with the theme of that day and will again be a research-centered presentation with a highly qualified expert.

3:30-3:40 p.m.

3:40-4:40 p.m.
Session 4
The fourth presentation of the day will follow up with the theme of that day and will again be a research-centered presentation with a highly qualified expert.

Q&A with Experts
We’ll end the afternoon with a Q&A panel session featuring the morning and afternoon presenters. This is a wonderful opportunity to engage in rich dialogue with our experts.

6:00-7:30 p.m.
Dinner
Dinner will once again be served as a buffet in the Carrier Ballroom. It will include a wide variety of global cuisines to satisfy any culinary indulgence, with delicious entrées, salads, breads, and side dishes.

7:30 p.m.
Evening Event
Evenings are designed to be relaxed, fun, and enjoyable. You’ll have opportunities to listen to live music, socialize and network, and share with other attendees.

“Lunch Break” Activities
There are many wonderful activities to enjoy just a short walk away from the Statler Hotel. This includes hiking down the beautiful Cascadilla Gorge; strolling through the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art, which features 40,000 works of art; taking a peaceful walk alongside Beebe Lake to check out the enchanting botanical gardens; climbing to the top of the bell tower to enjoy mesmerizing views of Cayuga Lake; exploring of the famous Wilder Brain collection, dating back to 1889 and once housing more than six hundred specimens; or simply exploring what is often ranked as one of America’s most beautiful campuses.

Coming Home—Cornell 2026
We expect this to be a sold-out event, so please register early. Registration is $3249 for single occupancy, $2719 for double occupancy, or $2188 for off-site lodging. This includes:
- 4 nights at the Statler Hotel (not included with off-site lodging)
- 3 delicious whole food, plant-based meals each day
- Daily presentations and Q&A sessions with plant-based doctors
- Morning movement activities, such as yoga and group walks
